After taking in some calories, you
have to burn them along with most of the reserved fats for you to lose weight.
An average healthy person needs at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity
activity per day for 5 days a week, but for you who is dieting, 60 to 90
minutes is recommended. You can do that by jogging, lifting weights, playing
ball games or swimming.
But other people hate these
activities, for some reason or another; they just don’t have an appeal to them.
Research now comes to their rescue. Studies show that going to the gym and
alike, are not the only ways to lose weights. You just have to be creative
enough to burn more fats while doing your usual things.
1. Jive up your exercise. Walk, jog
and lift weights with earphones on and playing a 180 bpm music. This will not
only spikes up your mood but will also distract you from the gruelling task at
hand.
2. Take coffee before working out. Caffeine
works wonderfully during a work-out. It slows down depletion of glycogen, the
starch that fuels the bodies during strenuous activities, by letting the body

3. Take precautionary measures to avoid injury. When you are injured and unable to do workouts, then that’s the
end of your diet. Read manuals, ask gym mates, and listen to gym instructors
when they do lectures. Surely, they will have something to say on how to avoid
unnecessary injuries when doing exercises. They are very valuable for your
weight loss plan.
4. Do it with a partner. Most workouts
will become fun if done with someone or with a group. Enrol in an aerobics
class, tag along an officemate or a cousin and hit the gym, be a member of a
biking group and so on.
5. Lift
that weight. According to fitness gurus, weightlifting is so special that
it will not only carved your body but will, at the same time, boost mood and
increase confidence. And you can always have weights at home. They are one of

8. Keep cooled. Another
unconventional way to shed fats by practically doing nothing is by keeping
yourself cooled. Science will again prove this right. Whenever the brain gets
signals that the body temperature is becoming colder, the body’s normal
reaction is to temporarily increase metabolism and heat up to counter impending
hypothermia. Drink icy water, take a cold morning shower or brave the snowy
wind half naked.
9. Move constantly. Science
also found out that when a body is in constant motion, the process of fat
burning also becomes continuous, thus eliminating more calories. Most fidgeting
are unconsciously being done but by all means, you can always make it a conscious
effort for they’ll benefit your regimen.
