And if coupled with exercise, the fat-burning property of green tea becomes more potent. Being unsweetened can be less delectable but drizzling some lemon or mint will add to its succulence.

3.   Make your fresh vegetable and some fruit juices. Who can ever dispute the power of vegetable and fruits to help burn fats and maintain good health? Even more if they are processed through a juicer or a blender. You will find it difficult to swallow bunches of greens, 1 whole apple and a pear and an inch of ginger root in one sitting. 5.   Drink Skim milk instead of fresh milk. It contains similar levels of lean protein, calcium and vitamin D, like fresh milk but without the unwanted fat.
