Do We Really Need a Food Supplement?




Answer the following
 Questions with a “YES” or a “NO” and find out if you need a Food Supplement.


  1. Is your age above 20
  2. Do you have limitations having the following everyday: 3 cups of vegetables, 2 cups of fruit, and 1 ounce of nuts or seeds?
  3.  The recommended daily fiber intake for men and women are 28 and 22 grams per day respectively. Do you have limitations in consuming whole grains, beans, nuts, and vegetables to obtain this amount of fiber daily?
  4.  Yogurt is a common source of probiotics, but it may not provide enough. Do you have limitations consuming other fermented foods regularly such as kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, and miso?

  11. Are you concerned about cardiovascular health, based on your personal or family history?
  12. Are you concerned about your memory?
  13. Is joint discomfort affecting your daily activities?
  14. Is greater bone density a health goal for you?
  15. Do you feel bloated or uncomfortable following a meal?
  16. Do you want to maintain healthy total cholesterol levels?
  17. Are you interested in supporting your heart muscle function?
  18. Do you want to live longer that the expectancy rate?



Interpretation of Results:
13 to 18 Yes’s = You are in dire need of Dietary Supplements
8 to 12 Yes’s   = You definitely need Food Supplementations
4 to 7 Yes’s     = You decide if you further need to improve your  
                         health
0 to 3 Yes’s  =  Congratulations! You seem to be healthy. But there’s no harm but only good to maintain a potent foundational multivitamin supplement.
